✅ Where emptiness and concrete once dominated, there will now be room for openness, soft mobility, and quality of life. The new green zone, along with safe cycling and walking paths, makes the site accessible and seamlessly integrated into the urban fabric.
✅ The design by ARCH & TECO reflects timeless architecture with subtle nods to the industrial past. The three buildings—Rotterie, Spinnerie, and Linnerie—will feature a recognizable, restrained appearance, while the iconic factory facade is preserved as a tangible link to the past.
✅ Sustainability is at the heart of the project: BEN-standard residential units (E20), a collective heating network, solar panels, underfloor heating, and facilities for electric mobility make Park RSL a forward-looking, future-ready neighborhood.
